The agricultural company is a very specific type of organisation for the purpose of operating an agricultural or horticultural business.

An agricultural company is automatically subject to the personal income tax if:

• it counts fewer than three partners
• or if its capital is below € 30.950

In other instances, the company may select to pay personal income tax or, conversely, corporation tax.
